The rooms have been updated and are well-maintained. The hotel is beautifully kept. The continental breakfast is delicious and offers something for everyone. The service throughout my stay was good. There is a shuttle available to the metro station, which is convenient. It is a convenient base for exploring Pittsburgh.

For a 3 star hotel everything was perfect, I liked to be here. Breakfast with a hugh varieties of food. Booked a room with a pull out sofa. The staff were accommodating and made me feel welcome.

Carpet in room smelled like a wet dog.

The breakfast here was great! We had hot bacon and a huge selection of food which was the perfect way to kick off our day. Our room, with two queen beds, was brand-new and we really liked the shower 🚿.

Convenient and quiet location for the University. Excellent shuttle service and friendly staff.

The pillows were too soft and there were no options. One firmer, one softer for each 'side' would give the user an option on set up.

The rooms were nice for the cost, it was safe and quiet. The free breakfast had a much better selection than I'd even seen at other hotels.

The view was pleasant, breakfast was great, and beds were extremely comfy. The room was updated and modest. I liked the good restaurant. The excellent location was a super close walk to Pittsburgh Playhouse. This hotel was located in a historic area.

Came for Stanley cup playoff game, good location. Driver took us right to arena, gave us tips for area

This place is fantastic – super clean, great service, and affordable too! The building and rooms are nice, and the bathrooms are modern. Plus, the location is top-notch, and they even offer a shuttle to get you into town 🚐.

Most of the hotel has a toothbrush I thought for sure this hotel has one too, but I was wrong I didn't take mine and arrived midnight so tired to go back to front desk so I couldn't brash my tooth at night ... It just little thing but I will not go back to this hotel again . Sorry

The room was nice. The staff were very responsive when they figured out that they put the wrong pillows in my room (I'm allergic to Down.)

I was woken up several times by the doors of other rooms closing. The doors are actually really hard to close quietly. The hotel is unnecessarily noisy and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

The staff was nice from arrival until we left. the room was clean & updated very nicely and available with a king bed. the room had a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. It offered excellent service and nice food too.

Friendly, helpful staff. Newly renovated. Nice look, clean feel.

Someone with young children or high privacy needs might want to know that the bathroom door is shared with the closet. It slides to cover either one or the other and doesn't lock. It's kind of a cool design if you're ok with the slider and absence of lock.
